Multigrain Toast with Mascarpone & Jam

Mascarpone & Jam

  • l cup mascarpone                                

  • l/2 cup    of your favorite jam                                

  • 4 slices of 1979 bread cut 3/4 inches thick                                

Directions: Preheat an oven to 375F. Drizzle olive oil over the bread, then toast for 15 minutes in the oven. Spread mascarpone generously over the bread, then top with 2 tablespoons of your favorite seasonal jam!
